After-Sales Terms
- If Plus subscription drops during the valid period, we will refund the remaining balance based on days used or compensate with a new account.
- Account bans are due to your own account or IP issues. We do not provide after-sales service for bans, only for subscription drops.
Common reasons for bans: batch-registered accounts, account sharing, frequent IP changes, low IP purity, asking sensitive questions, translating sensitive content, reverse engineering for API access, etc., may all lead to account bans.
After-Sales Compensation
If Plus subscription drops, we will prioritize compensating with a new account, or refund based on remaining days in the warranty period (Refund calculation: order amount/30 = daily amount × remaining days).
