Can I get an invoice?

We settle in HKD and cryptocurrency and do not issue mainland China fapiao. However, WeChat and USD payments will automatically generate an overseas invoice with your order, which can generally be used for corporate reimbursement unless your company explicitly requires a fapiao.

How do I receive my codes after payment?

Auto-delivery items are usually displayed immediately after payment on the order page. Please save your order number — you can also revisit the delivery details anytime from the Order Inquiry page.

What if my order doesn't arrive right away?

Payment callback or network issues may cause brief delays. Save your order number and refresh the order inquiry page later. For plus, pro, and similar top-ups, log back into your account to check activation status. If nothing arrives after 30 minutes, contact support with your order number and payment proof.

What should I do after receiving digital goods?

Verify quantity, login or redemption status, and basic usability as soon as possible within the after-sales window stated on the product page. If you find missing items, duplicates, already-used codes, or mismatched items, stop and keep full screenshots or screen recordings. Redeem or activate delivered codes promptly. Items held beyond the storage period stated in the product description may not qualify for after-sales support.

Can I get a refund for digital goods?

Digital goods that have been fully delivered, codes displayed, topped up successfully, or already activated are generally not eligible for no-reason returns. If the store fails to deliver, charges you twice, delivers the wrong item, or delivers unusable codes, you may request a reissue, replacement, or refund within the after-sales window.
